Purchase of the “Meet & Greet Event” grants no access to the main show and represents no concert ticket; you still need a separate concert ticket for the show.

Your ticket and a confirmation email will be sent to your email address after you complete your order.

Please have your ticket ready (printed or on your mobile phone) in order to check in to the event.

Refunds are possible until the day before the “Meet & Greet Event” takes place. Should you not be able to atten the event, please submit your refund request via refunds form
